All first-time fiat deposits will result in a temporary withdrawal lock on your account so it can be manually reviewed.
The withdrawal lock applies to all currencies.
The amount of the withdrawal lock is up to 125% of the value of the first fiat deposit.
The length of the withdrawal lock is 72 hours.
This means that if your first fiat deposit was €1,000, you will be unable to withdraw the equivalent of €1,250 for the following 72 hours. This applies whether the withdrawal is in fiat (i.e. USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, etc.) or cryptocurrencies (i.e. XBT, ETH, XRP, BCH, etc.).
If any subsequent fiat deposits arrive in the first 72 hours, the timer will reset and the withdrawal locked will be based on the total amount of the deposits.
After the 72 hours, future fiat deposits (via the same bank) will not trigger this lock. However, deposits from high-risk banks may trigger another withdrawal lock.
Trading is unaffected
You will still be able to trade throughout the period of the withdrawal lock.
