To do so, you will be prompted to either sign in to your existing Kraken account or create a new Kraken account, if one does not already exist.
Reminder: Ensure your FTX email address is the same as the Kraken account email address. If it is different, please request an email change at FTX so it matches, before selecting Kraken on the FTX Debtor’s Customer Portal.
If you already have a verified Kraken account, then you can easily link your two accounts. If your Kraken account has not been fully verified to one of our verification levels, you will need to complete the verification process.
If you do not have a Kraken account, after selecting Kraken as your distribution service provider you will be guided through our account creation process.
Please note: This process is intended for distributing funds to personal accounts only. If you wish to have funds sent to a business account, you will need to use one of the alternative distribution service provider options. The alternative options will be shown to you after you submit your claim for approval via https://claims.ftx.com.
