How to unstake

To unstake with the Kraken Pro app, please follow the steps found in this article.

    Once you are signed in, navigate to Earn on the left-hand menu.

    Then, click the three dots located to the right of the asset you'd like to unstake. Click Unstake and enter the amount you would like to unstake.

    Click Review and then double check your action, if you are satisfied, click Confirm.

  4. 4

    Under the Earning section you will see the Pending section. A new entry with the unstaked amount should appear, and will display the date, the time remaining for your assets to unstake, and the amount that was unstaked.

You have funding 2FA activated but are entering your sign-in or trading 2FA.

Make sure that you are entering the funding 2FA code.

You have an incomplete account access case.

Please respond to the latest email you received regarding the issue.
