How to subscribe to (or unsubscribe from) Kraken Status SMS notifications
SMS (text message) notifications are only available for status.kraken.com.
To subscribe or unsubscribe:
- Go to status.kraken.com.
- Click on "Subscribe to Updates".
- Select the phone icon.
- Enter your phone number.
- Press the "Subscribe via Text Message" button.
You can then view and manage your subscription options, where you can subscribe & unsubscribe to individual components and sub-components.
For example, if you don’t use Kraken Futures, you can open the respective Kraken Futures sub-components by clicking the ">" on the left and then and uncheck all of the sub-components.
