What is an ACH trace number?
A Trace number is a mandatory unique 15 digit reference number given to each ACH transfer, which can be used to investigate and track missing transfers.
A Trace number will be required if we have to reach out to our funding provider.

How can I get a Trace number?

Your bank will be able to provide you with this information, after the funds have been transferred.
If a bank representative is unable to provide you with this, you may have to reach out to the bank manager or the wire department for assistance.
