Browser troubleshooting

 

If our status page is showing everything as operational and yet you still experience issues with our site, it's likely the issue is with your web browser.

Try logging into your Kraken account using Incognito Mode in your browser. Sometimes browser extensions and outdated cache files and cookies can cause such issues. Incognito mode gives your browser a fresh slate.

Also, please make sure that:

  • Your browser is up to date.
  • Your browser has these settings enabled.

If that still doesn't work, please try another browser. Our website works best with Chrome.
