Sunset of Inky

Last updated: Mar 20, 2026

As part of our ongoing efforts to focus on the products and services that best serve our clients, we have made the decision to sunset the Inky app.

What does this mean if I use Inky?

Please review the important dates and take action before the deadline to avoid losing access to your funds. You can either withdraw your funds off platform or export your private keys (one for EVM networks and one for Solana) to continue accessing your wallets outside of Inky.

Important dates:

March 12, 2026 at 15:00 UTC:

  • Inky will stop accepting new sign-ups. Only existing users will be able to access the app.

March 26, 2026 at 15:00 UTC:

  • The app will be fully decommissioned. You will no longer be able to log in or access your data. We strongly encourage you to withdraw your funds or export your private keys prior to this date using the steps below, otherwise you could lose them.

How to withdraw from Inky:

When withdrawing from Inky, each asset is sent exactly as they appear in your wallet and on the network they are held on. Please note, your wallet screen shows a combined view of your balances, but those balances may exist across different networks.

When you send funds, you can only send the specific token and amount available on that particular chain, for example, USDT0 on Ink must be sent on Ink.

  1. Go to the wallet tab.
  2. Tap Send cash
  3. Choose the chain you want to withdraw on. You will only see chains in the list where you have cash held. After choosing one, you can see your available balance under the Amount input.
  4. Enter the network address you want to withdraw to, or scan the QR code.
  5. Review the details and tap Send.
  6. Your withdrawal will process and appear at the destination once the network confirms it.

Please note

What should you use instead?

We recommend transitioning to one of our other Mobile apps or Beholder. Beholder provides a seamless gateway to decentralized finance (DeFi), allowing you to manage, trade, and earn yield on cryptocurrencies, all while retaining complete control of your assets.

The easiest way to withdraw from Inky is to export your private key to another wallet. We recommend Beholder - Kraken's new gasless, multi-chain self-custody wallet, available at Beholder.kraken.com.

  1. 1

To export your private keys from Inky, navigate to Settings and select Export Keys in the upper right.

  2. 2

Select which key you'd like to export - you'll have the option to export either your Ethereum key or your Solana key. Keep this key private and never share it with anyone, as it provides full access to your Inky funds.

  3. 3

Copy your private key, then navigate to the Beholder settings page. Scroll down and select Import Key.

  4. 4

Paste your Inky private key and select Confirm. Repeat this process for your Solana key.

  5. 5

    That’s it!
