Recurring Orders on Kraken
Set up a recurring order on Kraken to automatically buy crypto on a daily, weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule.
To be eligible to set up a recurring order your Kraken account must be verified to the Express, Intermediate or Pro level. Recurring orders are currently not available on Kraken Pro.
It is possible to set up a recurring order with:

Your cash account balance
- 3
Digital wallet (Apple Pay or Google Pay)*
- 4
ACH*
*On the Kraken app only
The transaction fee for recurring orders is displayed on the final confirmation page, and is visible before you complete your purchase.

Sign in to your Kraken account. Use the trade widget on the right hand side.
The Pay with field will have a default method chosen. You can click on the drop down to change the method/ balance.

Select an asset and enter the amount you would like to buy on a recurring basis. Select the Frequency dropdown. Here you can choose the frequency of your purchase (Daily, Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly). You can also switch the 'Starting now' for a future date.
After choosing an option click Buy.

A confirmation of your recurring order will pop up. If everything looks good, click Confirm.

By default, the frequency on all orders is One time buy.

The total cost, fees and amount received on recurring transactions might vary due to market price fluctuation.

You will be notified by email when you set up a recurring order, as well as when a recurring transaction takes place.

Sign in to your Kraken account.

Click on the Activity tab on the left hand side and click Recurring Orders.

Click on Manage. Here you can edit, pause and cancel your order.

Go to the Activity tab and click on Recurring order.

Click on Manage on the order you want to modify.

Select Pause, Edit or Cancel and confirm the action.
You can complete any of the actions above at any time.
You can update trade amount, frequency, next transaction date, and payment method for recurring orders.

Sign in to your Kraken account.

Go to the Activity tab and click on Recurring Orders.

Click on Manage to modify the order.
If your recurring order fails you will receive an email from Kraken to let you know. The email will contain the date of when your next order will be attempted again.
Some reasons for failure include:

Insufficient funds in your Kraken account balance.
- •
Adverse market conditions.
- •
System error (check status.kraken.com to see if known system issues exist)
Your recurring order may also be skipped if the price condition for the order is not met. In this case we will still send you an email to let you know and retry the order at the next regular scheduled interval.
