Verification processing time

If you have not received a verification success email, rest assured we are still verifying your documents. Please avoid submitting multiple verification requests.

All information and documents you submit for account verification are reviewed through our automated or manual verification methods. Depending on which method is used to verify your details, processing times can vary.

Estimated processing times for verification:

* If your application requires manual review, processing can take a few days.

Note: During periods of high demand, processing times can be slowed down considerably. If you experience a delay, it doesn't necessarily mean there is something wrong with your application.

Standard verification

For account verification, it won't help to upload the documents again.

To avoid delays in processing your application:

Ensure that all uploaded documents meet the required criteria.

If one or more documents are invalid, or do not meet the criteria, we will request that you upload new documents.

Higher limits or Business verification

The estimated processing time, in the table above, takes into account the correspondence between you and an onboarding specialist, as additional due diligence may be performed in order to comply with regulatory obligations.

We want this process to be as quick as possible for you! Most applications are processed in five days or fewer if we have received all the required documents. The processing of the application can begin only after all the required documents have been received.
