You can view your complete support request history directly from the Support Center.
Our Support team is not able to place or download history export requests on your behalf.
Go to Kraken's Support Center
Sign in to your Kraken account
Select My activities in the upper-right corner
From there, you’ll be able to see all your past and current support requests, including their status and any responses from our team.
Support history can only be exported from the web version of the Support Center.
