How to Request a Payout

Make sure the following conditions are met:

• You are on a funded account (evaluations are not eligible for payouts).
• You have no open positions.
• You have no open orders (limit, stop loss, or take profit).
• Your balance equals your equity (no unrealized P&L).

If any of these conditions aren't met, the payout option will not be available. Close all positions and cancel all orders first.

1. Switch to your funded Prop account using the account switcher.
2. Go to the Portfolio page from the left sidebar (web) or the portfolio screen (mobile).
3. Check the Available for payout amount in the Details panel. This is the profit available for withdrawal after the profit split.
4. Tap or click the Request payout button.
5. The Pay to your Kraken account screen opens, showing your Available for payout balance at the top.
6. Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw, or use the percentage slider to select a portion of your available payout. You can choose the currency (USD) from the dropdown.
7. The "You receive" line shows the exact amount that will be transferred to your Kraken account after the profit split.
8. Select Request payout to confirm.
9. You'll see a Payout confirmed screen with your payout amount and a note that payouts can take 24 hours to complete.

• Your payout status shows as Pending while under review.
• The requested amount is held (locked) on your account.
• You can continue trading with your remaining balance, but the locked amount is not available for trading.
• You'll receive a notification once the payout is approved or rejected.

Payout reviews are typically completed within 12 hours, and guaranteed within 24 hours.
