How to Report and Freeze a Lost Card

If your physical Krak Card is lost, it’s important to act quickly to protect your funds and personal information.

If your physical card is lost, you can freeze it in the app until you find it. If you believe it is permanently lost, you can freeze then order a replacement card in the app.

    Tap your card icon on the top right of the screen. You will see all your cards side by side. Then tap Freeze card.

    If it’s permanently lost, go to Get help > Replace card > It’s lost and follow the steps to order a replacement.

    You can freeze your card at any time.

    Make sure you keep checking your recent activity for anything suspicious. If you see unauthorized charges, freeze your card straight away. Once you have frozen your card, go to the Krak Home screen to view their card transactions, and tap the get help with this transaction on the screen to see options to resolve the issue.

    Go to your card and you will see the option to Unfreeze it.

    Tap Unfreeze to make your card accessible again.

If your device is stolen and it contains your Krak Card, contact our support team via the web interface.
