Each Futures account supports two distinct wallet classes:
Futures Holding Wallet: This wallet acts as a way to segregate funds from your trading wallets to ensure that funds inside it are not at risk when trading. Can also be used for transfers to/from your spot wallet as well as transfers to/from your Futures Trading Wallets.
Futures Trading Wallet: Used for trading and margining for positions. All funds in this wallet are at risk when trading its respective contract(s). There is a choice of both Single-Collateral and Multi-Collateral trading wallets.

Setting Cross-Exchange Transfer Preferences
You are able to set your cross-exchange transfer wallet preference, which will allow you to set which of your trading wallets (Single-Collateral or Multi-Collateral) you would prefer your funds to land into once a transfer from the spot exchange is completed.
Note: If the currency you transfer from spot is not a supported collateral currency for your preferred wallet type, it will land in the alternate trading wallet.
If the transfer preferences are not set, the funds will land inside your Holding Wallet. However, if your transfer preferences are not set by the 21st of March, they will automatically be set to the Multi-Collateral wallet by default.
You should be prompted to change your preferences when logging into your futures account if they are not set, however here is a step by step process of how you can amend or set them:
Navigate to the Settings page > Inbound Transfers tab.
Click on the drop-down field, choose your preferred landing wallet for spot -> futures transfers and then click save.
If the preference has been successfully set, you will be prompted with a green snackbar alert at the bottom right hand side of the platform.
