Generally, Kraken Support does not send either PGP signed or PGP encrypted emails.
However, we are able to receive plain-text emails that use the OpenPGP standard and can send PGP encrypted emails to you, if you make the request.
To request this, make sure that you shared your public key with us through your account settings. Also note that response times can be delayed by the requirement to manually encrypt our messages before we send them to you.
