How can I contact your support team using PGP/GPG email encryption?
Generally, Kraken Support does not send either PGP signed or PGP encrypted emails.
However, we are able to receive plain-text emails that use the OpenPGP standard and can send PGP encrypted emails to you, if you make the request.
Please note that response times can be delayed by the requirement to manually encrypt our messages before we send them to you.
To request this:
  1. 1.
Ensure you have shared your public key with us through your account settings.
  2. 2.
Send an encrypted email using plain-text PGP to [email protected].
Ensure you are using the public key of [email protected] found below. Do not use the public key of [email protected] or [email protected].
