In order to help us verify your recent deposit, please note we must receive the following in order to verify your deposit:

    A statement showing the name of the account owner and account number.

  2. 2

    A statement showing the e-Transfer leaving the bank account. Please include the account number so we can connect this particular e-Transfer to the account in screenshot one.

  3. 3

    A screenshot of the email from your bank stating that the e-transfer request was successfully deposited. This screenshot will include the amount of the transaction and the e-transfer "message" which is a 12 character code.
