Important notice about crypto asset trading

Crypto assets are not a national currency in or outside of Japan. Because the price of crypto assets can fluctuate, there is a possibility of loss. If the private keys are lost, you may completely lose access to the corresponding crypto assets and their value may be lost. Breakdowns in the blockchain transfer mechanism could cause crypto assets to lose their value. Crypto assets can be used to pay for goods only when the seller has consented to accepting crypto assets as consideration. When trading crypto assets, please understand the transaction details completely and proceed at your own discretion.

Important notice about Staking service

The Staking service is a loan transaction of crypto assets based on a crypto asset loan for consumption agreement. This does NOT mean that clients perform staking on their own. Crypto assets borrowed by us are not subject to segregation management since this activity does not fall under a Crypto Asset Exchange activity under the Payment Services Law. This service is not covered by deposit insurance. Reward rates (Usage Fee on the Loan for Consumption Agreement) reflect the annual percentage rate (APR). All reward rates are estimates subject to change. When using the Staking service, please understand the transaction details completely by reading “Terms and Conditions of Crypto Asset Loan for Consumption Agreement” and “Transaction Manual for Crypto Asset Loan for Consumption Agreement”, and proceed at your own discretion.
