How does it work?

If you’ve signed up for Kraken, you're eligible to try our Spin to Win feature. You'll get one spin per day for 30 days.

This feature might not be available to everyone right away. Even if you meet all the criteria, there’s a chance you won’t see it just yet. Hang tight, we’re working on making it more widely available soon!

Duplicate accounts will be disqualified.

To be eligible to take part you will need to:

    Have the Kraken app downloaded on your mobile device.

    Spin to Win is being rolled out gradually world-wide and may not yet be available in all regions for now.

    The feature may no longer be available in your region due to changing eligibility criteria.

    After you complete your trade, you have 7 days to start Spin to Win

    IMPORTANT: If you don’t initiate your first spin within this period, you will not be eligible to spin.

The campaign runs for 30 consecutive days starting from the first day you initiate a spin (day 1 = first spin).

To get started:

    Create and verify your Kraken account

    Complete a trade

  3. 3

    If you see the option to play, start spinning.

You have 7 days to start spinning from your trade, after that, the feature disappears from your app.

If available to you, you’ll find Spin to Win in the Hub on the Kraken app.

    This will open the Hub. If you're eligible, you'll see the Spin to Win Rocket and a button to start spinning.
