If your card has been stolen, act quickly to prevent unauthorised transactions. As outlined in our terms of service, clients must report a stolen card promptly; we may be unable to refund unauthorised transactions if this hasn't been done.
Tap the card icon on the top right of your screen. Under Get help, tap My card was stolen.
Review the important information to confirm you want to cancel your card, then tap Yes, cancel.
Once your card is cancelled, you'll get the opportunity to order a replacement card.
