Report and Cancel a Stolen Card

If your card has been stolen, act quickly to prevent unauthorised transactions. As outlined in our terms of service, clients must report a stolen card promptly; we may be unable to refund unauthorised transactions if this hasn't been done.

To report a stolen card

  • Tap the card icon on the top right of your screen. Under Get help, tap My card was stolen.

  • Review the important information to confirm you want to cancel your card, then tap Yes, cancel.

  • Once your card is cancelled, you'll get the opportunity to order a replacement card.
