Last updated: Mar 16, 2026

This article outlines how to manage your Krak Card, including how to view your card details, set a spending order, update your PIN, and more.

You can easily view your Krak Card details, such as your card number or PIN, in the Krak App.

  1. 1

Go to the Card page in your app.

  2. 2

If you have both a physical and a virtual card, you’ll see them side by side. You have separate details for each card.

  3. 3

Under your balance, tap See Details to view your card number or View PIN to check your PIN.

  4. 4

Complete any additional verification if prompted.

We spend your assets in the order you set to cover the full amount of a transaction, combining assets if needed. You can reorder and block assets at any time.

To set your spend order:

  1. 1

Open your Card in the Krak App.

  2. 2

Under Global Settings, tap Set spend order.

  3. 3

Arrange your assets in the order you want them to be used.

Primary currency: Your card’s primary currency is GBP for UK clients or Euro for Eurozone clients. We convert your assets to your primary currency when you spend. Refunds and reversals are also paid in your primary currency. If you’re using other assets in a transaction and they fail, we’ll try to complete the payment using your primary balance.

Small balances: Balances under £1 or €1 in your Everyday balance may be skipped when spending as they can’t always be converted.

Block: You can block specific currencies if you don't want to use them to spend.

Unavailable: Some assets are unavailable for payments and they’ll appear in the Unavailable section. If that changes, they’re automatically added to the bottom of your spend order and will be available for spending.

In most jurisdictions, using cryptocurrency for purchases (including through a crypto-linked card) is considered a disposal of an asset for tax purposes.

  • If the crypto’s market value at the time of purchase is higher than when you acquired it, you may realize a capital gain.
  • If the market value is lower, you may incur a capital loss.

You can easily update your personal details within the Krak app.

If your card is nearing its expiry date, you’ll receive a notification in the app.

  • No action needed if you are an active user and your shipping information is up to date. A new card will be automatically sent to your address.

  • Keep using your current card until you activate the new one, or until the printed expiry date whichever comes first.

Need to update your shipping address? Simply log in to the Krak app and update your details.

There are three avenues to replacing your card:

  1. 1

Your card is damaged or not working,

  2. 2

  3. 3

Your card was stolen and used fraudulently.

How to get a replacement:

  1. 1

Go to Get help in your Krak app.

  2. 2

    Tap Replace card.

  3. 3

Select the reason you need a replacement (broken, lost, stolen etc.).

  4. 4

If you continue with the process, your card will be cancelled immediately and you won’t be able to make any purchases.

  5. 5

You will receive a new card in 7-10 days.

If your card was damaged and stopped working, you’ll receive a replacement with the same card number, but a new expiration date and CVV (3-digit code).
