Krak App Content Moderation Policy

Kraken is committed to fostering a safe and respectful environment for all Krak users. As part of this commitment, we have established the following Content Moderation Policy to outline your responsibilities when providing or sharing content, such as profile pictures, payment descriptions, comments, or attachments, in KrakApp. Kraken will not tolerate any breach of this policy.

User responsibility for content

You must comply with Kraken Terms of Service and this Krak App Content Moderation Policy when providing or uploading any content while using Krak, you may not upload or submit content that violates below inappropriate content standard. You are solely responsible for any content you provide or upload while using Krak. Kraken does not actively monitor, evaluate, or endorse user-generated content. As a result, Kraken is not responsible for verifying the accuracy, truthfulness, legality, safety, or appropriateness of any content shared through the service.

Inappropriate content standard

If you encounter content from another Krak user that you believe is prohibited, including content that is:

  • False, misleading, scamming or inaccurate;
  • Defamatory or doxxing other users;
  • Facilitation of sexually related services;
  • Facilitation of child sexual abuse conducts;
  • Facilitation of sale of controlled substances;
  • Inciting hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on race, religion, nationality or terrorism related, etc.;
  • Spam or otherwise inappropriate; or
  • Illegal.

You may report inappropriate content that violates any Kraken policies or our Inappropriate Content Standard via our support team.

Kraken reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any of your content, restrict or disable access to the Krak service to anyone, including if your account is blocked or reported by a user due to the violation of Kraken Policies or our Inappropriate Content Standard. In addition, Kraken reserves the right to take other appropriate actions as it deems necessary, which may include reporting to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

Report illegal activities to proper authorities

If you become aware of content that involves or promotes illegal activities or conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, we urge you to report it immediately to your local law enforcement authorities.
