Important update regarding Humanity (H)

The new token has a different contract from legacy $H. On Kraken, the two are shown under separate tickers so you can tell them apart.

Note: the new token may still display as $H on-chain and on other platforms. On Kraken, it appears as $HUMANITY.

• Snapshot time: June 8, 2026 at 17:25 UTC, set by the Humanity team.
• If you held $H at the snapshot, you will receive $HUMANITY at a 1:1 ratio based on your snapshot balance.
• The airdrop is scheduled for July 1, 2026 at 14:00 UTC.
• No action is required. $HUMANITY will be credited to your account automatically.

• $H acquired after the snapshot is not eligible for the $HUMANITY airdrop, in line with the guidelines set by the Humanity team.
• Your $H withdrawals are open.
• The Humanity team has provided a claims portal where you can submit a claim directly: Humanity claims portal.
• Kraken is not involved in this claims process and cannot assist with it. Please direct any questions about claims to the Humanity team.

• Both $H and $HUMANITY are set for delisting.
• Only withdrawals are supported for both tokens. Trading and deposits are not available.
• Withdrawals for both $H and $HUMANITY close on September 25, 2026 at 14:00 UTC.
• A liquidation period will run from September 28 to October 2, 2026.

We recommend withdrawing any $H or $HUMANITY balances you wish to keep before the withdrawal deadline. Any balances remaining after that date will be subject to liquidation.

Liquidation prices may be significantly below recent reference prices and, in some cases, may result in minimal or no proceeds due to insufficient market liquidity at the time of execution. We strongly encourage you to take action ahead of the deadline rather than relying on the liquidation event. The denomination of liquidation proceeds is determined by prevailing market conditions and cannot be guaranteed or confirmed prior to execution.

No. $H acquired after the snapshot is not eligible for the airdrop. You can submit a claim through the Humanity team's claims portal. Kraken is not involved in that process.

No. Both tokens support withdrawals only. Trading and deposits are disabled.

Any $H or $HUMANITY balances remaining after withdrawals close on September 25, 2026 at 14:00 UTC will be subject to liquidation during the liquidation period.
