How to Activate Your Card

Virtual cards do not require a separate activation step — they are ready to use as soon as they are issued in the app and added to your Apple Pay or Google Pay. Physical cards must be activated once you receive them.
Steps to activate a physical card
Open the Krak app and tap the card icon in the top-right corner.
Under card settings, tap Activate card.
Enter the 3-digit code on the back of your physical card. You have 4 attempts before your card locks. If it locks, contact Support.
Choose a PIN and enter it twice to confirm. Use a PIN that is different from your device PIN and any PINs used on other cards.
