How to find your account number (Public Account ID)

Prevent deposit delays

If required and shown in the deposit instructions, make sure your deposit includes a reference to your Kraken Public Account ID which starts with AA and is 16 characters long.

Kraken App: Tap the Profile icon, then select your name. Your Public Account ID will be displayed here.

It's 16 characters long, starts with "AA", and contains numbers and upper-case letters.

Kraken Web: Click the profile icon in the top-left corner, then select Account. Your Public Account ID will be displayed here.

Kraken Pro Web: Tap More in the bottom-right corner, then tap your name. Your Public Account ID is listed under Account Details.

Kraken Pro App: Tap Account in the bottom-right corner, then tap your username at the top. Your Public Account ID will be displayed here. Tap the copy icon next to it to copy it to your clipboard.

:Krak App Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner, then tap Account Details. Your Public Account ID will be displayed here.

The purpose of the public account ID is so that you can keep your sign-in username private if you choose to.
