How to withdraw assets from a Vault on Krak

You can withdraw (also called “transfer out”) your funds from a Vault at any time. When you withdraw, your assets move from your self-custodial Vault back to your Everyday balance, ready to use, send, or trade.

Most withdrawals are instant, but in rare cases (such as when many clients withdraw at once), you may need to wait a short period for the Vault to refill its available liquidity.

    You’ll need an active Vault balance.

    Withdrawals require a passkey or Face ID for confirmation.

  • •

    Vaults use non-custodial wallets, meaning only you can transfer assets in or out. Our support team cannot transfer funds for you.

    From the Krak home screen, tap the Transfer button found in the Vault card.

    You’ll then be taken to your Vault, where you can view your current Vault balances. To withdraw funds, tap the Transfer out button.

    Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, then tap Review.

    Next, simply review your transfer details and ensure everything is to your liking. You’ll see a confirmation of the amount, destination, transfer fees, and wait times. If everything is correct, tap Transfer.

    If prompted, confirm the withdrawal with your passkey or Face ID.

If your withdrawal is delayed or fails:

    There may be temporary liquidity limits by the Vault provider, try again in a few minutes.

    Ensure your Krak App is updated to the latest version.

    If a transaction fails repeatedly, contact Kraken Support.
