How to qualify

You may be eligible for Kraken VIP if you meet any one of the following criteria on a rolling 30-day basis:

Getting started with VIP is straightforward. Once you confirm that you understand the qualification criteria and how dynamic access works, we'll begin your onboarding right away.

Here's what happens after you opt in:

    Your Relationship Manager sends you a written summary of your VIP access and benefits.

    Your welcome call is scheduled.

  3. 3

    You get full access to Kraken VIP benefits, and will see the VIP Portal in your Kraken Pro account.

Maintaining your VIP status

Your VIP status is reviewed on a rolling basis. To remain in the program, you must continue meeting any one of the following each month:

    $10M+ average monthly balance.

  • •

    $7M+ monthly spot volume.

  • •

    Equivalent margin or futures activity.

To ensure continuity of service, Kraken operates an 8-week review process if thresholds are no longer met:

    30-day notice - you'll be informed if your activity falls below the threshold.

  • •

    4-week remediation period - time to meet qualifying criteria before access is paused.

  • •

    During and after any exit, you'll continue receiving standard Kraken support.

If your VIP access is paused, re-entry is available:

    You may reapply after 1 month.

  • •

    The same qualification criteria apply.

  • •

    A re-entry waitlist is available if spots are limited.
