SHX Spot Trading Challenge

Trade SHX and compete for a share of the 20,000,000 SHX reward pool.


Here's how it works: enroll in the challenge, trade at least $100 in SHX, and your reward is determined by your trading volume rank among all participants. The more you trade, the higher your rank  and the greater your reward.


To get started, enroll through the Kraken app or Kraken Pro app. Eligible trades include SHX/USD spot trades on Kraken Pro and SHX buy, sell, or convert on Kraken. See the How do I join? section below.


The challenge runs from 18 March 2026, 11:00 UTC to 1 April 2026, 23:59 UTC. See SHX Trading Challenge 2026 Terms & Conditions for full details.

To qualify, you must:

  • Live in a supported region
  • Hold a verified Kraken account in good standing
  • Enroll in the challenge before trading
  • Trade at least $100 in SHX during the challenge period

From the Kraken App

  • Download the latest version of the Kraken app.
  • Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner of the Home screen.
  • Tap Offers.
  • Tap SHX Trading Challenge.
  • Tap Enroll Now.

From the Kraken Pro App

  • Download the latest version of the Kraken Pro app.
  • Tap More in the navigation bar.
  • Tap Promotions.
  • Tap SHX Trading Challenge.
  • Tap Enroll Now.

Once enrolled, trade at least $100 in SHX during the challenge period. We'll track your progress automatically.

Your reward is determined by your trading volume rank among all eligible participants. The more you trade, the higher your rank — and the greater your reward.

Proportional share

The minimum to qualify is $100 in SHX. Eligible trades include SHX/USD spot trades on Kraken Pro and SHX buy, sell, or convert on Kraken. Ranks are final at the close of the challenge.

Rewards are credited to your Kraken account within 7 days after the challenge ends.
