How to close my Krak account

Important

Ensure all funds have been removed from your account before proceeding with the closure.

Closing your Krak account will also permanently close any linked Kraken accounts, including those on Kraken Pro and Kraken’s mobile apps.

Closing your account:

    Tap on your Account in the top left corner and then tap on Account details.

    You will see Close account at the bottom of your account details screen, tap on this. You will need to review the important information shown on your screen. If you agree to this, tap Continue.

    Tap on the reason(s) why you are deciding to close your Kraken account. Then tap Continue once you're ready to proceed.

  4. 4

    If you are ready to close your account and be logged out of all devices, tap Yes, close my account.
