How do I cancel a payment request?

To cancel your payment request follow the steps below:

    Open the Krak app, payment requests that you’ve sent can be found on the home page within your transaction history below your account balance.

    Tap the request you'd like to cancel. You can view all of your requests by tapping the Request cards at the top of your transaction history.

  3. 3

    Select the request you want to cancel, this will open the request summary, then tap Cancel.

  4. 4

    Review any cancellation details, then tap Confirm to finalize.

If you accidentally cancel a request, you may tap on the cancelled request from the Activity page, and tap Request again. This will resend the same exact request.
