HBAR Spot Trading Challenge

Trade HBAR and earn a share of a 2,000,000 HBAR reward pool.

Here's how it works: enroll in the challenge, trade at least $100 in HBAR, and you'll receive a share of the pool based on how much you trade. The more you trade, the larger your share.

To get started, enroll through the Kraken app or Kraken Pro app. Eligible trades include HBAR/USD spot trades on Kraken Pro and HBAR buy, sell, or convert on Kraken. See the How do I join? section below.

The challenge runs from 2 March 2026, 11:00 UTC to 23 March 2026, 23:59 UTC. See HBAR Trading Challenge 2026 Terms & Conditions for full details.

To qualify, you must:

  • Live in a supported region
  • Hold a verified Kraken account in good standing
  • Enroll in the challenge before trading
  • Trade at least $100 in HBAR during the challenge period

From the Kraken App

  1. Download the latest version of the Kraken app.
  2. Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner of the Home screen.
  3. Tap Offers.
  4. Tap HBAR Trading Challenge.
  5. Tap Enroll Now.

From the Kraken Pro App

  1. Download the latest version of the Kraken Pro app.
  2. Tap More in the navigation bar.
  3. Tap Promotions.
  4. Tap HBAR Trading Challenge.
  5. Tap Enroll Now.

Once enrolled, trade at least $100 in HBAR during the challenge period. We'll track your progress automatically.

Your share of the pool is based on how much you trade relative to all other participants:
Your reward = (Your volume ÷ Total participant volume) × 2,000,000 HBAR
The minimum to qualify is $100. The more you trade, the larger your share.
Eligible trades include HBAR/USD spot trades on Kraken Pro and HBAR buy, sell, or convert on Kraken.

Rewards are credited to your Kraken account within 7 days after the challenge ends.
