How to Activate your Krak Card

Before using your Krak Card, you’ll need to activate it. The process only takes a few minutes.

Steps to activate:

    Open the Krak app and tap the card icon in the top-right corner.

  2. 2

    Under card settings tap Activate card

  3. 3

    Enter the 3-digit code on the back of your physical card.

    You have 4 attempts before your card locks. If it locks, please contact Support.

  4. 4

    Choose a PIN and enter it twice to confirm. Make sure it’s a PIN that is different to one used for your device and other cards. 

  5. 5

    That’s it! Your card is now ready to use.
