Security tip:
ink

With a Bridge, you can transfer tokens from various networks to Ink. Available networks include Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, BNB, Optimism, Polygon, and more. This guide walks you through the steps of bridging assets from almost any network to Ink.

Ink Bridge:
  1. 1

Open the Bridge page: Visit the Ink Bridge here, you’ll notice a simple layout with fields to select your origin network (e.g. Ethereum) and destination network (e.g. Ink), the asset you’d like to bridge, and the amount.

  2. 2

Connect your wallet: Ensure that your Kraken Wallet is connected to the network you intend to send coins from. For example, if you’re bridging from Optimism, your wallet should be on the Optimism network before you begin.

  3. 3

Choose the origin network: In the “From” section, select the network where your coins currently reside (e.g. Ethereum, Optimism, Base, etc.). You’ll see your available token balance for that network.

  4. 4

Choose the destination network: In the “To” section, Ink will be selected by default.

  5. 5

Specify the asset and amount: Select the coin you wish to bridge and the amount you want to transfer. Make sure you have enough balance to cover both the transfer amount and any required gas fees on the origin network.

  6. 6

Sign the transaction in your wallet:A prompt will appear in your Kraken Wallet to confirm the bridge transaction. Review the details carefully once more, then approve or sign the transaction.

  7. 7

Wait for your assets to arrive: Bridging typically takes a short period to complete, but times can vary based on origin network traffic.
