Learn how to download or request statements and tax documents from your Kraken account using Kraken Pro.
The Statement & Tax Center is a centralized location where you can generate and download various account-related documents. This includes Exports (on-demand files you create) and Account documents (pre-generated or system-generated files) that you might need for record-keeping, understanding your tax obligations, or other purposes.
Sign in to your Kraken account.
Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Statments or Tax center from the dropdown menu to open the Statements & Tax Center.
If there are no available tax documents for your account, the Tax center option will not appear.
In the Statements section, you can create:
An account statement.
Balance Reports for account balances at a specific date.
Ledger Exports for deposit, withdrawal, and trade history.
Trade Exports for executed trade details.
In the Tax center section, you may see:
Monthly Account Statements (for eligible regions, generated automatically each month)
Tax Forms (for eligible regions)
Regulatory or Special Reports that appear when applicable.
Sign in to your account on Kraken Pro.
Click on the profile icon, then click Statements.
Click Export statement and select Account statement in the dropdown.
Next, select the month, year, and currency you'd like a statement for. Then click Export.
That’s it! In a moment you will see your statement listed under On-demand statements and will be downloadable as a PDF document.
Exports are available for 14 days.
Sign in to your account on Kraken Pro.
Click on the profile icon, then click Statements.
Click Export statement in the top right corner, and select Balances in the dropdown:
Provides a snapshot of your balances at a specific date (including fiat equivalents, if applicable)
Choose filters: Balances only require one date and choose your preferred file format (PDF or CSV).
Click Export to submit your request. The request will appear in the On-demand Statements list with the status of Queued. Export requests can take anywhere from a few minutes to up to a week to process.
Download your export: When you see the download icon enabled, it is ready for download.
Exports are available for 14 days.

Click on the profile icon, then click Statements.
In the Statements section, click the Export Statement button in the top-right corner.
Then, select Trades: Shows detailed execution information for both margin and non-margin trades.
Choose filters: Trades require a start and end date You can also narrow your results by assets or trading pairs, include or exclude specific fields, and choose your preferred file format (PDF or CSV).
Click Export to submit your request. The request will appear in the On-demand Statements list with the status of Queued. Export requests can take anywhere from a few minutes to up to a week to process.
Download your export: When you see the download icon enabled, it is ready for download.

Choose filters: Ledgers require a start and end date. You can also narrow your results by assets or trading pairs, include or exclude specific fields, and choose your preferred file format (PDF or CSV).
Click Export to submit your request. The request will appear in the On-demand statements list with the status of Queued. Export requests can take anywhere from a few minutes to up to a week to process.
Download your export: When you see the download icon enabled, it is ready for download.
Exports are available for 14 days.
Date: Choose a specific date or range to limit your data.
Type: Filter for deposits, withdrawals, trades, or other transaction types.
Display Currency (if available): Convert balances or trade values to a specific fiat currency.
Format: Decide whether you want a PDF or CSV file.

Large Exports: If your account has many transactions, exports can take extra time to process. Wait a few minutes, then refresh the page.
Missing Documents: Certain system-generated reports or statements may only appear if you’re eligible or if they’ve already been issued. For help, contact Kraken Support.
