3Commas x Kraken Futures Bot Challenge - Official Terms & Conditions

This promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Tulip HoldCo Ltd., located at 2nd Floor, Water's Edge Building, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, known as Kraken ("Sponsor" or "Kraken"). Kraken Futures trading services are offered by Payward Digital Services Ltd. ("PDSL").

The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in jurisdictions where Kraken Futures trading is available, excluding the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and Canada.

Void where prohibited.

The Promotion begins on May 13, 2026 and ends on August 11, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.

To qualify for the Promotion, you must:

• Be a new participant, defined as a user who has not previously executed trades on Kraken Futures via a 3Commas API connection prior to the Promotion start date;
• Apply via the 3Commas interface (including completing any required form);
• Connect your Kraken account to 3Commas via API;
• Execute your first Kraken Futures trade via the 3Commas API;
• Continue trading via the 3Commas API to reach volume-based milestones.

Important:
Only trades executed via the 3Commas API key will count toward Promotion milestones. Trades executed directly via Kraken interfaces will not qualify.

Eligible participants may receive the following rewards:

• Welcome Bonus: $25 USD (co-funded by Kraken and 3Commas);
• Milestone Rewards:
  • $25 USD at $10,000 trading volume
  • $50 USD at $20,000 trading volume
  • $100 USD at $50,000 trading volume
• 3Commas Subscription:
  • 1-month free subscription (approximate value: $30–50 USD)
• Fee Discounts:
  • Month 2: 20% fee discount for all opted-in users
  • Month 3: 20% fee discount for users reaching $50,000+ volume

Total maximum prize pool: $40,000 USD across up to 200 participants.

Rewards:

• Are non-transferable and non-exchangeable;
• Will be distributed at the end of each calendar month in which the milestone is achieved;
• Are locked and not withdrawable until the end of the 90-day campaign period.

Limit: One reward per milestone tier per participant.

You are eligible if you:

• Reside in an Eligible Area;
• Have a verified Kraken Pro account (KYC as required by Kraken);
• Have access to Kraken Futures in your jurisdiction;
• Agree to Kraken's Terms of Service.

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates these Terms or Kraken Terms of Service;
• Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative trading behavior (including wash trading or self-dealing);
• Attempts to circumvent eligibility rules (including multiple accounts);
• Uses unauthorized or non-compliant API configurations.

To receive a reward, a participant must, before reward fulfilment, have: (a) a Kraken Pro account in good standing; and (b) completed at least Intermediate KYC verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law. If these requirements are not met at the time of distribution, Kraken reserves the right to withhold the reward.

Rewards will be credited directly to eligible participants' Kraken accounts after verification of qualifying activity.

Kraken may request additional documentation prior to reward issuance. Accounts must remain in good standing.

By participating, you:

• Consent to Kraken's use of your data for Promotion administration;
• Agree to receive communications, including marketing communications;
• Acknowledge that your information may be shared with third parties (including 3Commas) for Promotion purposes.

Kraken is not responsible for:

• Technical failures, API interruptions, or third-party platform issues (including 3Commas);
• Network or connectivity issues;
• Any inability to participate due to external factors.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Tulip HoldCo Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Kraken") from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability ("Claims") that may arise from your acceptance, possession, and/or use of any Prize or your participation in this Promotion, regardless of whether such Claims exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS (USD $25.00). ATTORNEYS' FEES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE; (2) YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS; AND (3) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY.

Dispute resolution and governing law are governed by the Kraken Terms of Service applicable to you, available at https://www.kraken.com/legal/global-terms, including all dispute resolution and governing law provisions contained therein.

By participating, you agree to those provisions as they apply to your relationship with Kraken. If you are uncertain which Terms of Service apply to you, please visit https://www.kraken.com/legal.

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of rewards.

Kraken reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time;
• Interpret and apply these Terms at its sole discretion.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
