Note: Kraken+ is only available with Kraken’s web interface and the Kraken app. It is not available with Kraken Pro web and app or any of our other interfaces.

Kraken+ is our premium subscription service, offering exclusive perks designed to enhance your crypto experience on Kraken.

What are the Kraken+ Benefits?

Kraken+ subscribers unlock exclusive access to Kraken Drops, our high-impact airdrop and launchpad program. Kraken Drops are designed to reward our most engaged clients with early access and larger allocations of free tokens from the top 1% of new crypto projects. 

As a Kraken+ subscriber, you're at the front of the line for Premium airdrops with more tokens and/or early access. Tokens from Kraken Drops airdrops will be automatically deposited into your Kraken account. You’ll receive an email or in-app notification confirming the airdrop and details about the project.

Note: While Kraken+ members receive priority access, eligibility for individual Kraken Drops airdrops may depend on factors like trading activity and your location.

Kraken+ subscribers are automatically upgraded to our Faster Support. This means your support requests will give you faster access to Kraken’s expert support team. Whether you're trading, staking, or trying out new tools, expect elevated, faster service across all channels.

Note: During periods of unusually high support volume, response times may be longer than usual. Kraken does not currently offer voice-based support.

Through our partnership with Koinly, Kraken+ members enjoy exclusive tax reporting benefits:

  • Free tax report for up to 800 Kraken transactions.
  • 50% discount on your first Koinly paid plan.

Please note: If you've added any other exchanges, wallets, or DeFi platforms to your Koinly account, you may not be eligible for the free tax report.

Yes. Once you confirm your Kraken+ subscription, benefits such as Priority Support and Koinly access are available immediately. Kraken Drops eligibility will apply automatically to your account moving forward.

No, Kraken+ is linked to the specific Kraken account where you purchased the subscription and cannot be shared across multiple accounts.

Yes, if you’re already a Kraken+ subscriber these benefits will be automatically allocated to your account.
