How to withdraw Mexican Peso (MXN)

Mexican Peso (MXN) withdrawals will be taken from your US Dollar (USD) balance. This means that if you wish to withdraw MXN, the equivalent amount will be withdrawn from your USD balance, as your MXN deposit was automatically converted to USD upon being deposited to Kraken.

Withdraw MXN from Kraken (kraken.com/c):

Log in to your Kraken account. From your homepage, click Transfer, then select Withdraw.

Under the Asset dropdown, choose MXN.

Reminder: Although you are withdrawing MXN, funds will be deducted from your USD balance, since your original MXN deposit was converted to USD.

Select Bank Transfer (SPEI) as your withdrawal method.

Enter your CURP or RFC, followed by your CLABE (bank account number).

Use the currency switcher under the asset dropdown to view your USD balance and the conversion to MXN.

Click Continue, then review the withdrawal amount, exchange rate and any fees

Click Confirm to initiate your withdrawal.

How to withdraw MXN on the Kraken app:

Open the Kraken app and tap Transfer, then Withdraw.

Search for or select MXN.

Tap I understand to acknowledge. You're withdrawing MXN, but the amount will be deducted from your USD balance and converted to MXN.

Enter your CURP or RFC, followed by your CLABE (bank account number).

Input the amount you wish to withdraw.

Choose Bank Transfer as the withdrawal method.

Review your withdrawal details: Converted amount in MXN, exchange rate and any fees.

Tap Confirm to complete the withdrawal.
