Getting Started with Krak Card

What is Krak Card?

Krak Card is available in both virtual and physical formats through the Krak app. It lets you spend cash and crypto seamlessly in the real world, whether you prefer using a digital card for online purchases or a physical card for in-store transactions. 

At present, Krak Card is only available to individual clients located in the United Kingdom and EEA.

    Tap the card icon top right of your Krak app home screen. 

    If you are eligible to get a Krak Card you will see the popup. 💡 Check you have the latest version of the app in the App Store or Google Play store.

    Select a card color: Krak Coral or Krak Black.

    Familiarise yourself with our Krak Card terms of service.

    Tap Continue once you’re happy with your color selection.

    And that’s it! Your virtual card is ready to use.

    Please note that this virtual card is not disposable and is intended for long-term use. There is a limit of three virtual cards per rolling 30-day period.

Prefer a tangible card for in-person purchases or ATM withdrawals? Here’s how you can get a free physical Krak Card.

For physical cards, you can only activate your card once you receive it.

    Complete the virtual card setup process first.

    Tap Yes, get the physical card.

  3. 3

    Choose how your name should appear, then tap Continue → OK.

  4. 4

    Confirm your shipping address, you do not need to specify phone number. You can select your residential address or an alternative address.

    That’s it! your card is on its way.

    Your card should arrive within 14 business days.

    If it hasn’t arrived by then, tap Get Help to contact us.

    Once your virtual card is ready to use, tap ‘’Add to Apple/Google Wallet’’

    Tap whether you want your card added to your phone or watch.

  3. 3

    Follow the instructions on screen, such as accepting the device provider T&Cs. That’s it! Now your virtual card is added to your wallet.
