Earn via the API

Introduction

Kraken provides various methods to generate returns on cash and crypto holders, allowing users to earn rewards on assets that might otherwise be sitting unused in their Kraken account (funds not currently used for trading, for example). Details of Kraken's earn products, and an overview of eligibility can be found in our support articles.

Our REST API provides several endpoints that allow users to interact with our earn product:

    Retrieve a list of earn strategies

    List all current allocations

    Allocate and deallocate funds

  • •

    Get status of allocations and deallocations

API keys must include earn permissions, to interact with the product. Please make sure that funds query, and earn endpoints are permissioned for the API keys.
