Switching Between Your Kraken Account and Prop Accounts

On web:

1. Click the Pro dropdown in the top left corner of Kraken Pro.
2. This opens the Accounts Dropdown.
3. Select the account you want to switch to.

On mobile:

1. Open the Kraken Pro app.
2. Tap the account selector at the top of the screen.
3. Choose the account you want to switch to from the dropdown.

The account switcher displays:

• Your Primary Kraken account (spot, futures, etc.)
• Any active evaluation accounts
• Any active funded accounts
• Recently closed accounts (breached or expired), which remain visible for 7 days after closure

Once a closed account passes the 7-day window, it is removed from the switcher.

Your Prop accounts are labeled automatically with clear names.

New evaluation accounts are tagged with a NEW badge so you can spot them quickly. Accounts with a pending evaluation are labeled with a Pending tag, and closed accounts show a Closed tag next to the name.

You'll also see Pro (your primary Kraken account) as a separate mode in the same switcher.

• Each account is fully independent. Switching accounts changes your entire view: balances, positions, open orders, and trade history all reflect the selected account.
• You can switch accounts at any time, even while you have open positions on another account.
• Notifications from non-active accounts will persist on screen (they won't auto-dismiss after a timer), so you can tap them to quickly switch to the relevant account.
• The account name is displayed before notification text for any account that is not currently selected, making it easy to tell which account a notification belongs to.
