Refunds & Cancellations

The refund and chargeback policy is presented during checkout and must be accepted before completing your purchase. Please review it carefully at the time of purchase.

Once an evaluation is purchased and the trading account is created, the account cannot be cancelled and converted back to a refund.

Filing a chargeback with your credit card issuer instead of contacting Kraken Support may result in your account being restricted from future purchases. If you have a dispute, please reach out to Kraken Support first so the team can assist you.
