The Kraken Pro Futures Affiliate Program allows partners to earn rewards by referring traders to Kraken Pro, Kraken’s advanced platform for trading spot, margin and futures.

Affiliates can earn through revenue share, Cost per Acquisition (CPA) scheme, and exclusive KOL campaigns, depending on their region and audience (geo-restrictions apply).

    To benefit from Futures referrals within the EU, register under Kraken’s MiFID II-regulated entity (PEDSL-CY) and earn $200 CPA for each first-time Futures trader you refer.

    • Commissions are based on referred users’ trading activity and region:
      • EU affiliates (PEDSL-CY): $100 CPA per first-trade Futures user.
      • Affiliate in other locations (excluding EU, US, Canada and other restricted geos): from 40% revenue share on taker fees.

Yes. Futures availability and affiliate eligibility vary by region:

  • EU: Offered through PEDSL-CY (MiFID II, CySEC-supervised).
     
  • Rest of World: Available in eligible jurisdictions outside the EU, Canada and US and restricted countries.
     
  • US: CME-listed futures regulated by the CFTC and NFA (currently not available within Kraken’s affiliation program)

Always verify local regulations before promoting Futures products.

Affiliates promoting to European audiences can register under Payward Europe Digital Solutions (CY) Ltd (PEDSL-CY) - Kraken’s MiFID II-regulated entity.

Benefits include:

  • Provide identification and proof of address documentation for AML/KYC compliance, as required by regulatory standards.
  • Disclose social media handles for ongoing monitoring, as the regulator expects regular oversight of affiliate marketing materials.
  • Understand that your affiliate activity and remuneration may be reported to the regulatoron a quarterly and annual basis as part of Kraken's regulatory obligations.
