Conforme anunciado, atualizámos a configuração de depósitos da nossa Máquina virtual Ethereum (EVM) para melhorar a experiência dos nossos utilizadores. Esta atualização transferiu os depósitos de endereços de contratos inteligentes para endereços compatíveis com a Máquina virtual Ethereum padrão.
Todos os métodos de depósito por contrato inteligente expiraram. Quaisquer depósitos enviados para um endereço de contrato inteligente estão em risco de se perder.
O menu pendente para selecionar Contrato inteligente ou Unified já não está disponível, uma vez que todos os métodos de depósito utilizam agora o método Unified por predefinição. Os clientes podem continuar a utilizar os endereços de depósito disponibilizados na página de depósito para cada ativo.
Os novos métodos de depósito Unificado partilham todos o mesmo endereço de depósito.
Exemplo: Se gerar um endereço de depósito Kraken para USDT na Ethereum, esse mesmo endereço ficará disponível para USDC e para todos os outros métodos de depósito Unificado.
Os depósitos abaixo dos mínimos de depósito indicados em cada método de depósito falharão. Desaconselhamos vivamente o envio de depósitos abaixo do mínimo, pois não serão creditados. O endpoint Get Deposit Methods da API pode ser utilizado para consultar os mínimos de depósito mais atualizados.
Fluxo de transações: atualizámos o fluxo de crédito de depósitos para maior clareza e eficiência. Os depósitos efetuados através dos métodos Unified são agora creditados com o ID de transação correspondente à transação iniciada pelo cliente. Isto significa que o `txid` devolvido pelo endpoint Get Deposit Status corresponde ao ID da sua transação. Anteriormente, este campo indicava frequentemente o ID de transação da transferência para a nossa carteira online, sendo necessário consultar o campo `originators` na resposta para obter o ID da transação iniciada pelo cliente. Adicionalmente, os clientes deixaram de ser cobrados pela comissão de varrimento na blockchain para ativos nativos.
Resposta da API: após a expiração dos métodos de contrato inteligente a 10 de março de 2024, os endpoints Get Deposit Methods e Get Deposit Addresses deixaram de devolver resultados com os métodos de contrato inteligente.
Nota: os métodos de levantamento na Kraken permanecem inalterados.

A partir de 13 de fevereiro de 2024, Ethereum (ETH), Ethereum Classic (ETC), Ethereum PoW (ETHW), Matic (MATIC), Energy Web Token (EWT), Avalanche (AVAX), Songbird (SGB) e Flare (FLR) passaram a suportar o novo fluxo de depósito e deixaram de suportar depósitos acumuláveis (depósitos inferiores aos mínimos indicados). Como resultado, a taxa de consolidação deixou de ser cobrada aos clientes Kraken.
