Crypto-Powered Perpetuals: EU Launch KFEE Credit Promotion - Official Rules

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE.

This Promotion ("Promotion" is sponsored by Payward, Inc., 1209 Orange St., Wilmington, DE 19801 ("Kraken" or "Sponsor").

Open only to eligible customers residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland. The United Kingdom is excluded.

Begins November 18, 2025 and ends December 16, 2025. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion.

Eligible users must:

    Hold or open a Kraken Pro account and enable Futures trading in account settings.

    Opt in to the promotion by December 16, 2025 through any of the following methods:

    • Submitting the opt-in form on the official Promotion landing page (including email address); or

    • Clicking the button in the official promotional email received from Kraken; or

    • Clicking the content card or push notification received from Kraken.

    Register a Futures account, if not already active.

    Upon opt-in, the user’s Futures account will be credited with $200 in KFEE credits within two (2) business days.

KFEE automatically offsets Futures trading fees on Kraken Pro. No trading volume or deposit is required to receive the credit.

Each eligible participant will receive a $200 KFEE credit (fee offset value USD 200).

    Credits are valid through December 22, 2025 and expire thereafter.

    Reward is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and non-exchangeable.

    Limit: one (1) credit per eligible account.

To participate, you must:

    Reside in an eligible EEA country or Switzerland;

  • •

    Be at least 18 years old (or age of majority in your jurisdiction);

  • •

    Hold a verified Kraken Pro account with Futures enabled; and

  • •

    Not be a Kraken employee or related party (as defined in the Kraken Terms of Service)

Kraken may disqualify participants for: (A) violating these Rules or the Kraken Terms of Service; (B) fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior; (C) multiple accounts; or (D) manipulative activity of any kind.

KFEE credits are automatically credited within two (2) business days of opt-in. Credits apply to eligible Futures fees only. Accounts must remain in good standing at the time of issuance.

By participating, you consent to Kraken's use of your information to administer this Promotion and to receive marketing communications as outlined in Kraken's Privacy Notice

Kraken is not responsible for internet or technical failures of any kind, nor for circumstances beyond its control. Kraken may suspend or cancel the Promotion in its sole discretion if integrity is compromised.

By participating, you release Kraken and its affiliates from any claims arising from this Promotion. All disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under LCIA rules.

Class actions are waived. Damages are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs (up to $25). Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt or use of the KFEE credit. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

Kraken may modify or cancel this Promotion at any time. Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver. Invalid or unenforceable provisions will be limited or removed so the rest remains in effect.
