How to Report and Cancel a Lost Card

If your Krak Card has been stolen, it's critical to act quickly to prevent unauthorized transactions. As outlined in our terms of service, clients are required to report a stolen card promptly, and we may be unable to refund unauthorized transactions if this hasn’t been done.

To report a stolen card, follow the steps below:

    Tap the card icon on the top right of your screen. Under Get help, tap My card was stolen.

  2. 2

    Review the important information to ensure you want to cancel your card and tap Yes, cancel.

  3. 3

    Now that your card is cancelled, you’ll get the opportunity to order a new replacement card.

    Note: There is a replacement card fee of $4.99 (or equivalent card currency)
