A limited-time incentive  offering for eligible U.S. users, providing up to a 2% bonus for qualified transfers of stocks/ETFs into Kraken Securities via ACATS. Kraken+ subscribers are eligible for a 2% bonus. Non Kraken+ users will receive a 1% bonus. 

ACATS stands for Automated Customer Account Transfer Service. It’s an electronic system that automates and standardizes the transfer of customer accounts, primarily their stock or ETF holdings, from one brokerage to another quickly.

U.S. residents only, excluding New York and Maine. Users must be fully verified and approved to trade equities. Users must have opened and been approved for a Kraken Securities account and meet the eligibility requirements. 

The promotion period starts on January 1st, 2026 and ends on January 31st, 2026. Transfer requests must have been initiated within the promotion period in order to qualify.

You receive up to a 2% bonus (2% for Kraken+ users, 1% for non-Kraken+ users) in USDG based on the value of stocks and ETFs you transfer into Kraken Securities via ACATS during the promotion period. The value of the transferred assets is determined at the time the qualified ACAT transfer is successfully completed, minus any withdrawals during the promotion period. The bonus is credited after the promotion period ends and placed on hold for one year (usable for trading but not withdrawable until the hold is lifted).

At the end of the one year holding period, which starts on February 1st 2026, the bonus will become eligible for withdrawal provided that the client’s total net transfers into eligible equities remain equal to or greater than the initial value upon which the bonus was calculated. Kraken+ subscribers rewarded with a 2% bonus must remain subscribed for the duration of the hold period for the hold to be lifted.

Global Dollar (USDG).

Only ACATS valued at $5,000 or greater are eligible for the promotion. This can be achieved through a single transfer or by completing multiple transfers that add up to $5,000 or more.

Beyond meeting the eligibility requirements, no, the bonus is applied automatically to eligible accounts after the promotion period ends. No forms or manual claims are required.

Only stocks and ETFs transferred via an eligible ACATS valued at $5,000 or greater qualify (not crypto or other assets).  Furthermore, only client accounts which are participating in our Fully Paid Stock Lending program are deemed eligible for this program. This means customers must opt in and remain opted into Fully Paid Stock Lending to be eligible. You can opt in via the settings in your app*.

During the promotion period, users who have initiated an outbound ACATS transfer from Kraken to another brokerage firm are not eligible to receive the bonus.

For individual transfers valued at $1,000 or greater, Kraken Securities will reimburse you for any outbound ACAT fees your sending broker may charge you. 

Bonuses are provided as a promotional offering, not as interest, staking, or investment income.
Kraken reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Sponsor (“Kraken”)


Payward Interactive, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal office at 1209 Orange St., Wilmington, DE 19801, is the sponsor to this promotion and not a member of FINRA/SIPC. Securities transferred via ACAT are transferred into Kraken Securities, LLC, a member of FINRA/ SIPC. All bonuses for eligible transfers are deemed earned, due and payable as of February 1, 2026.

Eligible Areas
United States only, excluding New York and Maine.

Promotion Period
12:00 AM EST on January 1, 2026, to 11:59 PM EST on January 31, 2026.

How to Participate
Participants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

A. Be an existing or new Kraken client located in the United States (excluding NY and ME).
B. Open and be approved for a Kraken Securities account through Kraken.
C. Request and complete an ACATS transfer of $5,000 or more in eligible assets into their Kraken Securities account during the Promotion Period. This can be achieved through a single transfer or by completing multiple transfers that add up to $5,000 or more.
D. Ensuring participation in Fully Paid Stock Lending is turned on and remains on during the Promotion Period.

Participants who meet the above criteria will receive a transfer bonus in USDG, calculated as a percentage of the total ACATS transfer amount, as described under "Bonus" below.

Each participant may request multiple ACAT transfers during the Promotion Period; each transfer eligible request of $5,000 or more in assets will be counted toward the total transferred value. Transfers must be initiated between January 1, 2026, and January 31, 2026.

Determination of Bonuses
Rewards will be calculated after the Promotion Period ends, at such time they are then considered earned, due and payable. Eligible users who have successfully transferred $5,000 or more in total eligible equities into Kraken via ACATS will receive a transfer bonus in USDG.

The bonus percentage will depend on the user's subscription status:

    2% for Kraken+ subscribers

    1% for non-subscribers

Bonuses are calculated based on the total amount of assets transferred via eligible ACATS during the Promotion Period, minus any withdrawals.

Rewards are offered and paid by Payward Interactive Inc., which is not a FINRA/SIPC member firm and not FDIC insured. The transfer bonus is not earned and shall not be deemed payable until after the end of the Promotion Period when qualification is determined. USDG will be distributed to eligible users on or after February 1, 2026, and must be held on the Kraken platform for one (1) year before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

At the conclusion of the one-year hold period, the credited bonus amount will become withdrawable only if the user's net transfer balance of eligible equities remains equal to or greater than the transferred amount used to calculate the original bonus. Kraken+ subscribers rewarded with a 2% bonus must remain subscribed for the duration of the hold period for the hold to be lifted.

For individual transfers valued at $1,000 or greater, Kraken Securities will also reimburse sender ACATS fees incurred during the transfer process. This reimbursement is separate from the transfer bonus and will be issued independently.

Bonus
Each eligible participant may receive a bonus in the form of USDG, depending on their Kraken+ subscription status and total amount transferred. There is no maximum cap on rewards. Example calculations:

    A Kraken+ user transferring $10,000 in eligible equities may receive $200 in USDG.

  • •

    A non-subscriber transferring $10,000 may receive $100 in USDG.

Rewards will be distributed to the participant’s Kraken account by February 15, 2026.

Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of participation:

  • •

    You reside in the United States, excluding New York and Maine;

  • •

    You have completed all required identity verification procedures and are fully approved for equities trading through Kraken Securities;

  • •

    You have completed at least one eligible ACATS transfer request during the Promotion Period in accordance with the procedures described herein.

  • •

    You have not initiated an outbound ACATS transfer from Kraken to another brokerage firm.

  • •

    You participate in Fully Paid Stock Lending during the term of this Promotion Period. 

Kraken reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance.

Notification
Participants will receive notification of their bonus via email and/or their Kraken account interface. If Kraken is unable to verify eligibility or contact the user, the bonus may be forfeited.

Bonus Hold Period
Bonuses are not withdrawable until one year after issuance and subject to conditions described in “Determination of Bonuses.” During the hold period, users may use the USDG reward for trading on Kraken.

Disqualification
Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant for tampering with the operation of the promotion or acting in violation of these rules or applicable law.

Consent and Use of Data
By participating, you consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with Kraken’s Privacy Policy and to being contacted by Kraken with information regarding the promotion and your account.

Taxes
Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes. Kraken may issue IRS Form 1099 for Bonuses and other rewards exceeding $600.

Limitation of Liability
Kraken is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in this Promotion or receipt of any reward. This Promotion is void where prohibited.

Governing Law
These rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

General Terms
Kraken reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion at any time for any reason. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and Kraken’s Terms of Service.
