Krak Metal Card

Eligibility is based on your Assets on Platform (AOP) across:

• Krak

• Kraken

• Kraken Pro

You qualify if you have £/€50,000 or more in assets on the platform. This includes all assets held on the platform, such as fiat, crypto, and xStocks.

Krak Metal is coming soon. In the meantime, you’ll be able to join the waitlist in the app.

If you are eligible for the Metal Card, it’s free. Please note:

• You don’t buy the Metal Card, you earn it by qualifying.

• Your first Metal Card is complimentary, replacements incur a fee.

If you’re eligible:

1. Open the Krak app

2. Go to Card Home

3. Select Get a Metal Card

4. Choose Metal and complete the order

You may start spending immediately with your virtual card, you do not need to wait for your physical card.

Your physical Metal Card will:

• Arrive within 14 days

• Appear in the app as inactive until you activate it

• Your card will have a new card number (PAN), a new expiry date and a new 3-digit security code

If you qualify for a Metal Card after ordering a plastic one, you’ll be notified in-app and by email. You can then order a Metal Card at no cost.

If you have an existing Krak Card, your metal card will not replace it, but will be an additional one to your account.

You’ll still see the Metal Card in the app, but it will be marked as locked. You’ll be able to see why the Metal Card is unavailable and how close you are to qualifying.

Once you qualify, we’ll notify you and take you straight to the ordering screen.

For added security:

• Your Metal Card does not display sensitive information

• Card number, expiry date, and security code are available only in the Krak app

• You can continue spending immediately with your virtual card while waiting for delivery

1. Log into the Krak App.
2. Get your Metal card packaging (the box/envelope your Metal card came in).
3. Scan the QR code on the Metal packaging using your phone camera (or the in-app scanner if prompted). You’ll be taken into the Activate physical card flow.
4. Follow the prompts confirming you have received the physical card.
5. Tap Set PIN.
6. Create your PIN and confirm it.
