Krak Card Referral Program

The Krak Card referral program lets you earn a reward when you invite a friend to join Krak. Your friend earns a reward too, once they complete a few qualifying steps. The program is available to eligible Krak users in the EEA.

What is the Krak Card referral program?

The Krak Card referral program is a way to earn rewards by inviting friends to use Krak. When you share your unique referral link and your friend signs up and completes the qualifying steps, you both receive a cash reward.

Who can take part?

The program is open to existing Krak users in the EEA. To refer a friend, you'll need to have a Krak account in good standing. Your friend must be a new Krak user, existing Krak account holders are not eligible to sign up as a referee.

How do I refer a friend?

You can find your referral link in the Krak App, in the Rewards Hub. Share it with a friend via any channel you like - message, email, or social. Your friend needs to use your link when they sign up. Referrals made without your link won't count toward your reward.

You can track the status of your referrals and view the rewards you’ve earned directly in the app. Reward payouts will appear as positive incoming transactions.

What does my friend need to do to qualify?

EEA: Friends signing up in the EEA need to complete these steps within the timeframe shown in the app:

  1. Sign up using your referral link

  2. Complete the required number of qualifying card transactions

  3. Order a physical Krak Card

The exact transaction amounts, deposit threshold, and hold period are shown in the app at the time of sign-up.

How long does my friend have to complete the steps?

Your friend has 90 days from the date they sign up via your referral link to complete all qualifying steps. If they don't complete the steps within this window, neither of you will receive a reward for that referral.

How much is the reward?

The reward amount is set when the program runs and is shown directly in the Krak App - both you and your friend will see the current offer before taking part.

There's a maximum total reward per referrer per program run. You can see the current cap in the app. Once you've reached the maximum, additional referrals during that run won't generate further rewards.

When and how will I receive my reward?

Once your friend completes all qualifying steps, both of you will receive your reward within 14 days. Rewards are paid in the currency of your region, EUR for EEA users, users directly into your Krak account.

You'll receive a notification in the app when your reward has been credited. If you haven't received your reward after 14 days, contact Krak support.

Is there anything my reward can't be used for?

Your reward is added to your Krak account balance and can be used like any other funds. Any conditions that apply,such as hold periods before withdrawal will be shown in the in-app terms and conditions at the time you receive your reward.

What transactions count toward the qualifying steps?

A Qualifying Card Transaction is any completed purchase made using the Referee’s Krak Card, excluding the transaction types listed below that are excluded:

  • Cash and money equivalents
    ATM withdrawals, manual cash withdrawals, wire transfers, money orders, and quasi-cash transactions.

  • Gift cards and prepaid products
    Purchases from gift card merchants or transactions identified as prepaid products or gift card equivalents.

  • Financial products and services
    Securities purchases, insurance premiums or sales, and money transfer services (including Mastercard MoneySend, domestic and international transfers).

  • Gambling-related transactions
    Betting, casinos, lotteries, slot machines, and video gaming establishments.

  • Government payments
    Tax payments, fines, and other government-related services.

  • Reversed or cancelled transactions
    Any transaction that is refunded, reversed, disputed, or cancelled.

  • Other ineligible transactions
    Any transaction identified as ineligible in the Promotion Details.

What if something goes wrong with my referral?

If your friend has completed all the qualifying steps but you haven't received a reward, or if you have any questions about your referral status, contact Krak support through the app. Have your referral details ready including when your friend signed up and the steps they completed to help resolve the issue quickly.
