Where Do My Payouts Go?

Kraken Prop payouts are transferred to your main Kraken wallet as an internal ledger transfer. From there, you can withdraw to an external wallet or use the funds however you'd like within Kraken.

When a payout is approved, the funds are moved from your Prop funded account to your Kraken account. This is an internal transfer, not an on-chain transaction, so it happens quickly and without network fees.

Payouts are processed in USD or USDG.

Payouts do not go directly to an external wallet. To move funds off Kraken after a payout:

  1. Switch to your Pro (Kraken) account using the account switcher.
  2. Confirm the payout funds are reflected in your balance.
  3. Use Kraken's standard withdrawal process to send funds to your external wallet.

For help with Kraken withdrawals, see the Kraken support article on how to withdraw funds.

  • There is no option to send Prop payouts directly to an external wallet. Funds always go to your Kraken wallet first.
  • Payout processing time depends on the review. Once approved, the transfer to your Kraken wallet is near-instant.
  • After the funds land in your Kraken wallet, standard Kraken withdrawal rules, limits, and processing times apply.
  • Your Prop account balance and risk limits are updated immediately when a payout is approved. The deducted amount is no longer part of your trading balance.
