When you generate an HBAR deposit address for your Kraken account, a unique and mandatory Memo is also created.
The Memo is a 19-digit numeric code used to identify your deposit and ensure it’s credited to the correct account. You must include this Memo with every HBAR deposit you send to Kraken.

Always double-check that you’ve entered the correct Memo before sending your HBAR deposit.
Forgetting or entering the wrong Memo can cause significant delays in crediting your funds and in some cases, the deposit may be irretrievable.
