Kraken Perps $10 USDG Trading Incentive – Official Rules
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) AND TO THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH TOGETHER FORM A BINDING CONTRACT. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.

This Promotion is sponsored by Payward Digital Solutions Ltd, Park Place, 55 Par La Ville Road, Hamilton, HM 11, Bermuda (“Kraken” or “Sponsor”).
Eligibility
You are eligible to participate if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion:
You are offered the opportunity to opt in via the Kraken app;
You have a Kraken account in good standing;
You have completed KYC verification;
You agree to these Rules and the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 19:00 UTC on February 12, 2026 and ends at 23:59 UTC on March 12, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Kraken reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time. Trades executed outside the Promotion Period will not qualify.
How to Participate
To qualify for the Promotion, you must complete both of the following steps during the Promotion Period:
(a) Opt in to the Promotion through the Rewards Hub in your Kraken account; and
(b) Open at least one perpetual futures trade with an input value of at least $50 USD equivalent.
Only bona fide trades executed in accordance with Kraken’s platform rules will qualify. Wash trading, self-dealing, or other manipulative or abusive activity may result in disqualification.
Reward
Eligible participants who complete the qualifying steps will receive a one-time reward of $10 USDG (the “Reward”).
The Reward will be credited directly to the participant’s Kraken account within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms.

Disqualification
Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant and withhold or revoke any Reward if Kraken determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant:
(a) has violated these Terms or the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
(b) has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, or deceptive activity;
(c) has attempted to use multiple accounts to obtain additional Rewards; or
(d) is otherwise ineligible under applicable law.
Notification and Issuance
Rewards will be automatically credited to eligible accounts within thirty (30) days after the Promotion Period. Rewards will be credited automatically to eligible participants’ accounts. No separate notification is required. Kraken may request additional information or verification prior to issuing the Reward.
If a participant’s account is suspended, restricted, or closed before Reward issuance, the Reward may be forfeited.
Privacy and Use of Data
By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by Kraken for the purposes of administering the Promotion and complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for any technical failures, interruptions, delays, or errors that may affect participation in the Promotion. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms, Kraken and the Kraken Related Parties are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss arising from events beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or network failures.
Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Kraken and the Kraken Related Parties from any and all claims arising out of or relating to your participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any Reward.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
(1) Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved on an individual basis, without resort to any form of class action;
(2) Any recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, not to exceed $25 USD;
(3) Punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including lost profits, are expressly waived; and
(4) You waive any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England, under the LCIA Rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges arising from receipt of the Reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.
General Rules
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, to the extent permitted by law. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Kraken’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials, these Terms shall control.
