Squid ($QUID) token sale on Kraken Launch

Squid is a cross-chain platform that enables the seamless movement of digital assets across crypto. Its app lets users buy, swap, bridge, and send 20,000+ tokens across 100+ chains in a single transaction. Squid has routed over $6B in volume and is trusted by 1,000+ integrators.

Participation is available to eligible Kraken clients who meet the following requirements:

• Verified Kraken account in good standing
• Account funded with USDC
• Located in an eligible territory

Geographic restrictions

The Squid sale is available in the following territories: US, UK and EEA. Certain countries may be restricted. Geographic eligibility is confirmed at the time of pledge. For full details, see the Kraken Launch Terms.

Before the sale opens

• Make sure your Kraken account is verified and in good standing. Verification levels explained

• Deposit USDC into your Kraken account. Go to Funding → Deposit and select USDC.

During the sale (June 30 to July 3 at 1PM UTC)

1. Go to https://kraken.com/c/launch/quid

2. Enter your pledge amount in USDC.

3. Review and confirm your pledge. Your funds will be held during the sale window.

4. You can adjust or increase your pledge any time before July 3 at 1PM UTC.

Note: Pledge size and timing do not affect your allocation odds. There is no benefit to pledging more than the maximum or pledging at a specific time.

Kraken Launch uses a two-round merit-based allocation system.

Preferential round: Eligibility is based on your Kraken account activity and engagement history. Pledge size and timing do not affect your odds in this round.

Prize Draw round: A random selection from all remaining pledgers who were not selected in the Preferential round.

You are automatically entered into both rounds when you pledge. No additional action is required.

Submission of a pledge does not guarantee an allocation of $QUID.

Once the sale closes on July 3 at 1PM UTC, all pledges go through merit-based review. Results are sent by email. There are three possible outcomes:

Selected: Preferential round Your $QUID allocation is confirmed. Your tokens will be credited to your Kraken account at settlement, at which point trading and withdrawals will open.

Selected: Prize Draw Same as above. You were randomly selected from remaining pledgers.

Not selected Your pledged funds are returned to your Kraken account in full within 7 days. No action is needed. Your FOMO Multiplier is also activated, improving your allocation odds in the next Kraken Launch sale.

If you are based in the EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your agreement to participate in any Kraken Launch early token sale without incurring any fees or costs, and without being required to give reasons, provided that the crypto-asset has not already been listed on any platform for secondary trading.

This right begins on the date you pledge your assets and expires 14 calendar days from that date, or if earlier, the point at which your pledged assets are converted and the Launch Tokens are credited to your account.

Does pledge size affect my allocation odds?
No. On Kraken Launch, allocation is merit-based and determined by your Kraken account activity, not by how much you pledge or when you pledge.

Can I change my pledge after submitting?
Yes. You can adjust or increase your pledge any time before the sale closes on July 3 at 1PM UTC.

What currencies can I pledge in?
USDC is accepted.

When will $QUID be available to trade?
Trading will open on Kraken and Kraken Pro once $QUID officially lists. You will receive a notification when trading opens.
